How practise I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

Alarms on your Fitbit device vibrate to gently awake or warning yous at a fix time.

Note that alarms you gear up in the Alarms app on Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Versa ii, and Fitbit Versa three are split from alarms yous ready with your vox assistant. For Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Charge four, Fitbit Charge 5, Fitbit Luxe, Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Ionic, and Fitbit Versa serial, prepare alarms on your device. For instructions, see On-device.

For all other Fitbit devices, set alarms in the Fitbit app. For instructions, see Fitbit app.

  1. On your device, open the Alarms app. You run across your next scheduled alarms and the option to ready a new alarm.
  2. Tap + New Alarm. Swipe up to encounter this option if you lot already created multiple alarms.
  3. Set the alarm:
    • Sense and Versa 3—Swipe upwardly and down to set the alarm time. Tap am or pm. When you're washed, tap the time to set it.

  4. Choose to plow on Smart Wake. When enabled, Smart Wake attempts to notice the best time to wake y'all starting 30 minutes earlier the warning time you set. It avoids waking y'all during deep sleep so you're more likely to wake upwards feeling refreshed. If Smart Wake tin't find the best time to wake you, your alarm alerts you at the set time.
  5. Choose the days you want to be alerted.

Note that on Ionic, Sense, and Versa serial, alarms won't go off if your device has less than eight% battery.

Your device vibrates and flashes when a silent alarm goes off. This notification repeats several times or until dismissed. If you don't dismiss an warning, it repeats in ix minutes.

The alarm on near Fitbit devices turns off when you walk 50 steps.

To dismiss an alarm:

  • Most devices—Press the button on your device.
  • Fitbit Inspire 2 and Fitbit Ace 3—Press both buttons on your device.
  • Charge five and Luxe—Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap the dismiss icon. To snooze the alarm for 9 minutes, swipe down from the top of the screen.
